Project 2028 is Motorcycle Parts Group’s long-term strategic plan to build one of the largest and most professionally organised independent motorcycle parts operations in the world.

But Project 2028 is about more than stock volume. It is about creating a smarter, faster and more reliable global platform for used OEM motorcycle parts, dismantled motorcycle components, salvage stock, trade supply and international distribution.

A Global Motorcycle Parts Network

Motorcycle Parts Group is building a connected global network designed to source, process, store and distribute motorcycle parts at scale. Our operation includes facilities, partners and developing infrastructure across the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the United States, India and Canada.

Each location plays a role in the wider group strategy: procurement, dismantling, processing, quality control, stock management, export, trade supply, customer service or sales and marketing.

Our Own Logistics Infrastructure

A key part of Project 2028 is the development of our own logistics capability. Motorcycle Parts Group is not simply listing parts online. We are building the infrastructure required to move large volumes of motorcycle parts, salvage stock and bulk inventory across borders.

Every part can be tracked by item ID, photographs, location, make, model, year, engine size, part type, condition, dimensions, weight and sales status. Used motorcycle parts are not generic products.
