Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted where:
- An incorrect item has been supplied.
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item differs significantly from its description.
- The item is faulty upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Incorrect diagnosis by the purchaser.
- Incorrect fitting attempts.
- Electrical components damaged during installation.
- Items modified after delivery.
- Special order products.
- Products sold as spares or repairs.
Return Requests
Customers must contact Motorcycle Parts Group before returning any item.
Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Return Period
Return requests should be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions.
Return Shipping
Where Motorcycle Parts Group is responsible for an error, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed.
In all other circumstances, return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.
International Returns
Customers returning items from outside the United Kingdom or original point of sale such as UAE are responsible for ensuring products are returned correctly and in compliance with customs regulations.
